Basic steps for Chocolate Covered-

  • Break the almond bark into squares

  • Place the almond bark chocolate into a microwave safe bowl (2 squares of chocolate per 2 cups of cereal.)

  • Microwave for 30 seconds stir halfway through to prevent the chocolate from burning.

  • In two cup increments, pour 2 cups of plain Rice Chex cereal into a clean bowl. Carefully stir in the melted chocolate.

  • Once cereal is evenly coated pour the cereal onto parchment paper to let it dry. Do this for all 8 cups.

  • Once all cereal is dry sprinkle with powdered sugar and toss with a spatula.

  • Add chocolate covered cereal and the three other chosen cereals in large food safe bag.

  • Shake gently.

  • Separate into one cup servings if desire.
